English English audio/video

2-minute spoken introductory video demonstrating the fusing instrument's fusion settings in use with 3D-glasses.

With this clip-on, various binocular fusion settings can be configured to achieve customized binocular fusion vision while using 3D glasses, offering your 3D moviegoers the chance to enjoy added luxury through increased 3D viewing comfort.

Reduce and prevent potential 3D visual discomfort, minimizing the risk of viewing discomfort when your customers watch a 3D movie.

" The binocular fusing instrument is a tool through which binocular fusing can be performed (fusing is also known as the process by which the visual fields of both eyes overlap to create stereo vision), allowing custom-made binocular fusion vision to be created via a convenient manual action (binocular fusion vision is also known as stereo vision, which is the result of this fusing process) to enhance the 3D viewing experience when used with anaglyph 3D or polarized 3D glasses."

Initially developed for orthoptic use, with or without prescription glasses and recognized by orthoptists to effectively reduce and prevent visual discomfort, including visual motion sensitivity, pressure on the eyes, eyestrain, dizziness, headaches and facial pain, all under binocular fusion vision conditions.

Further development has enabled its use with 3D glasses, utilizing narrow binocular fusing settings to optimize binocular fusion vision. This personalized approach allows users to achieve customized binocular fusion vision, ensuring a more comfortable and balanced 3D viewing experience.

We've developed a clip-on variant of the fusing instrument that easily attaches to 3D glasses. Users can conveniently adjust the settings with their thumb and index finger while watching the 3D film, fine-tuning the instrument for optimal viewing comfort. The clip-on can be easily removed at any time.

As a standalone product, the clip-on fusing instrument doesn't alter the 3D system or 3D glasses. It's an optional accessory that enhances the moviegoer's viewing experience by leveraging their natural binocular fusion vision.

The fundamental principle and capabilities of the fusing instrument are fully developed; however, we continue to refine it, for example in elegance and material choices, because we strive for ultimate perfection that is then required. The instrument is currently in its third edition.

More Technical

" The bimonocular vision optical instrument was designed with two functional applications. The second function, specifically relevant for use with 3D glasses, is explained in more detail on this page. In this process, the instrument was transformed into a binocular fusing instrument featuring narrow and discreet extension settings, enabling precise customization of binocular fusion vision / stereovision. This transformation function was subsequently implemented by us in the form of a clip-on, as this design is particularly well-suited for use during 3D glasses operation."

We're primarily interested in collaborating with cinemas that screen 3D movies to conduct a small survey by providing free instruments to participants and collecting feedback on their experience. As a token of appreciation, participants may keep the instrument.

(We also welcome collaboration proposals from other parties.)

Currently, we can produce and deliver 15,000 clip-on instruments per week. We welcome bulk orders, trial opportunities. Our team can explain and demonstrate the scientifically-based principle behind the instrument.
